By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions the delegate recognise that they are registering to attend an Event run by Corpolinx. Upon completion and return of the registration form, a confirmation email will be sent to the delegate’s nominated email address. Please ensure all details on the registration are correct, or notify Corpolinx of any errors within 2 days of confirmation.
Full payment (including GST) is due and payable by the delegate no later than 5 days of the invoice being issued by Corpolinx. Payment is due immediately if the Event if the Event is less than 14 days between registration and/or invoice and the date of the Event. Corpolinx reserves the right to cancel registration and refuse entry if payment has not been received in full by this date. Payment is applicable upon registration to an event. Completing the online registration process is considered a commitment by all parties associated to the registration, for delegate(s) to attend the Event
3.SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION
The Event pass is valid for registered delegates only, and sharing the pass is prohibited. Registered delegates who are unable to attend the Event may nominate a substitute from their organisation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to Event commencement. If substitution is not possible, a delegate may request to cancel their registration for a full credit to use on another Corpolinx Event, valid for up to one year from date of issue. All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Corpolinx a minimum of 28 days before the Event commencement date. An administration fee of $250 + GST per delegate will apply to any cancellations. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a credit.
4.EVENT AGENDA AND DATE
All Event details are accurate at the time of publication. Corpolinx reserves the right to make alterations to the Event programme, including but not limited to the speakers, topics, venue and timings. In the instance of a necessary cancellation or date change to the Event, delegates will be notified via email. Changes to the programme or speakers will appear on the Event website. Under no circumstances will Corpolinx be held liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred because of changes to the Event. If, for any reason, Corpolinx decides to cancel, reschedule, or postpone this Event, Corpolinx is not responsible for covering consequential costs (airfare, hotel or other travel and other costs) incurred by clients.
5.All INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
rights in all materials produced or distributed by Corpolinx in connection with the Event is reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
Any personal information collected by Corpolinx is kept in our database and used to assist in providing select products and services which may be of interest to the Client and which will be communicated by phone, email, or other electronic means. The contact details of registered delegates will be available to sponsors and other attending delegates of the Event for networking purposes. Delegates who do not wish to be included on this list need to advise Corpolinx at the time of registration.
While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, we reserve the right to change Event dates, sites or location or omit Event features, or merge the Event with another Event, as deemed necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. If we permanently cancel an Event for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any force majeure occurrence) and provided that the Event is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with another Event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Client has paid to such permanently cancelled Event, valid for up to one year to be used at another Corpolinx Event. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made in any scenario and under any circumstances.
